Design Partner for Ambitious Products
My clients don't win awards.
They
I think through every state, every edge case, every path a user can take — before a single pixel is placed. Then I design and ship the whole product, not just the happy path. That's what 0-to-1 actually takes.
How I work
Most designers hand you a happy path. I map the entire product.
0 → 1 means the whole system
Not just the customer-facing UI. The admin panel. The billing logic. The email flows. The settings page nobody wants to design. I think through the entire product as a system — because that's what ships.
Every state, not just the ideal one
Empty states, error states, loading, partial data, expired sessions, first-time vs. returning users. If your developers are asking "what happens when…" — the design wasn't finished. Mine are.
I stay for the long run
My average partnership is 2+ years. I don't drop a Figma file and disappear. I work with your engineers, iterate on real data, and keep improving after launch. That's what a design partner does.
Proof, not promises
The numbers my clients share in their Slack channels.
Redesigned the end-to-end product — website, checkout, customer portal, admin. Also cut refund rate from 25.7% to 12% monthly by fixing the UX issues that were causing them.
Embedded design partner owning everything visual — full app redesign, design system built with developers, brand refresh, new website with external agencies, and all sales decks and investor presentations.
Worked across growth, engagement, and onboarding for 2 years. Increased conversions by 15.7% on the flows that mattered most for their funding story.
Founding designer. Built the product 0-to-1, owned all customer touchpoints — from the product itself to sales decks, strategy, and positioning. Inherited a messy foundation from previous hires and rebuilt it into something that closed real revenue.

"I don't sell hours — I sell outcomes. If the conversion doesn't move, the design didn't work. No BS in any process."

Got something real to build?
I partner with a small number of teams at a time. If you're a founder or CTO looking for a design co-pilot — not a pixel contractor — let's talk.
